Recently the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced it has denied marketing orders for the import of JUUL e-cigarette devices and four JUULpods containing nicotine.

This is a courtesy notice to inform you that this is effective immediately the JUUL products listed below will not be allowed entry into the United States.

Affected Commodities: 

- JUUL Device and 

- Four types of JUULpods:  

• Virginia Tobacco flavored pods with a nicotine concentration of 5.0% 
• Virginia Tobacco flavored pods with a nicotine concentration of 3.0% 
• Menthol flavored pods at nicotine concentration of 5.0% 
• Menthol flavored bods with a nicotine concentration of 3.0%.
