Terence provides services on federal and state tax compliance, as well as consultation on a wide array of US tax issues including Canada-US tax treaty, reporting and withholding tax, corporate mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, tax due diligence, and state and local tax. Terence is a Washington state Certified Public Accountant and a Bachelors in Business Administration graduate from the University of Washington. He also holds a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
