What is e-Manifest?
It is a declaration of the conveyance, crew and commodity that is sent to U.S. Customs and Border Protection one hour prior to arrival at the port of entry. In order to file an e-Manifest, the carrier must first obtain a Standard Carrier Alpha Code.
